Your decision to enter our treatment program is very important – one that will affect the rest of your life. We are committed to giving you the highest quality treatment experience. It is our goal that as we individualize your treatment plan to fit your own personal needs, you will gain hope, insight, tools, and strength to live a life of purpose and fulfillment.
We ask for a minimum 90-day commitment to start our program, with the understanding that we are typically a 4-5 month program and will assist you in planning your next steps. In order that you come prepared and know what to expect, we have compiled the following information that will help you in planning for your treatment experience.
We believe in respectful treatment of our clients, family members, and staff while providing a safe and supportive environment. We provide a system to ensure that the patients’ and family members’ rights are preserved and protected. These rights are outlined in the handbook given to you upon admission.
For all clinical services, confidentiality is ensured by our legal responsibility as mandated by state and federal law. Each staff member is dedicated to upholding these standards in all communications and records.
Clients may receive guests upon approval from the treatment team. Members of the opposite sex are not allowed in the residences at any time. Guests are asked to not bring any food, candy, soda, gifts, magazines, etc. and all packages will be checked. You are welcome to take pictures of your family members. In order to ensure confidentiality, please do not take pictures of other clients.
Patients are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. If traveling by plane, bus or train without family assistance, a staff member will meet you at the baggage claim area when you disembark. We will need a physical description, so we know for whom to look.
Red Mountain Sedona does not bill insurance companies directly but can provide itemized breakdowns of Therapeutic Services for financial sponsors to submit to their insurance company. If approved by insurance these reimbursable costs are paid directly to the family or young adult. The amount of reimbursement varies based on the insurance company and policy. Insurance companies typically reimburse for individual, family and group therapy.
